As the Co-Founder of Focus On Words, Inc., my responsibility encompassed overseeing the creation of our two apps from concept to launch, raising a small round, interfacing with customers, product & project management, and scaling the application.

• Conducted comprehensive market research and engaged in over 100 stakeholder interviews to inform the entire product journey, from ideation to successful launch of 2 applications.

• Strategically devised and executed a roadmap that guided the development process, ensuring alignment with project goals and user expectations.

• Fostered seamless cross-functional collaboration between designers and developers, playing a pivotal role in the app's launch and subsequent feature expansion.

• Set up partnerships with authors and publishers to bring authors to the platform.
