Responsible for initial R&D, market analysis, planning, and execution of the web application from product inception to launch. Led the initial stakeholder meetings with internal and external stakeholders and parsed the data results to make strategic decisions in planning the roadmap and Phase 1 & 2.

• Leading requirement sessions, user stories, data & calculation planning, and design. Worked with C-suite, design, and development teams to plan around constraints and timelines to launch phase 1 and created a Product Requirement Document as a single source of truth prior to development to map user stories, constraints, potential risks, and goals & success metrics.

• Leading the entire development process through Phase 1 & 2. Created tickets for development, managed sprints, planned epics, and executed on the roadmap. Led QA for Phase 1 and made sure all user stories and requirements were met.

• Delivered Phase 1 of the product on-time and under-budget, on boarded over 26 vehicles and 17 chargers to the app prior to internal launch.
